SAT vs ACT Parent Breakfast Information
The Guidance Department held our annual SAT vs ACT parent breakfast. A representative from Kaplan test prep was present. The presentation included information on interpreting PSAT scores, the differences between the SAT & ACT, what the SAT Subject tests are and what test optional and test flexible colleges means. 10th Grade Parent & Counselor Breakfast
The 10th grade Parent/Counselor Breakfast on October 20th was a great success! The counselors discussed the importance of extracurricular activities and building a students' resume for college. Extracurricular activities distinguish students from one another and their willingness to participate in activities is indicative of their school spirit. A panel of upper class students spoke about their activities and how it has impacted their academic and social lives.
