Professor Hirsch has taught graduate students at Columbia University Teacher's College, New York University and the CUNY Graduate Center. She also has served as a content consultant on PBS's television series, Ghostwriter, and she was the education consultant and producer of an education segment on BronxNet's, “Open,” a live cable television program.
