Fort Lee High School’s International Thespian Society and Academy of Theatre Arts will be performing John Cariani’s LOVE/SICK, a romantic comedy where a unique cast of characters battle for love with heart-warming optimism. FLHS’s LOVE/SICK is a collection of eight slightly twisted and completely hilarious short plays. This 80-minute romp explores the pain and the joy that comes with being in love. Full of imperfect lovers and dreamers, from a couple that’s obsessively impulsive, to a bride with literally cold feet, to a couple struggling to understand each other, to the couple who forgot to have a baby, LOVE/SICK is an unromantic comedy for the romantic in everyone.
Performances are Friday, November 18th at 7:00, Saturday, November 19th at 2:00 and 8:00, and Sunday, November 20th at 3:00. Tickets are $5.00 (+1.35 service fee) for students and seniors and $10.00 for adults (+1.35 service fee) if purchased online or $15.00 at the door.
Tickets are on sale on the LOVE/SICK Website https://tinyurl.com/4annm9rt.
